Medal of Our lady of Safe Custody also known as the Medal of Our Lady of Good Counsel. This medal is in strict agreement with the revelations received by Marie-Julie Jahenny in the course of several ecstasies. The pious stigmatist was devoted to the veneration of the Cross and the Holy Virgin. She implored so often Our Lady at the foot of the ancient statue of the Notre Dame de la Bonne Garde . It means in English Our Lady of Good Protection. The following words are written at the back of the medal, "O You, Blessed Mother, who has crushed the head of the serpent, keep our faith and the innocence of our little children." Marie-Julie's ecstasy of 16 August 1878 revealed the words of the Blessed Mother about this medal, "It is not necessary that this medal be of a great price, its value will be the same.
